Party Hall

Members must apply in the prescribed form (available with the Office/Club House Manager) and submit it during office hours along with the advance amount.
The hosting member must be present during the event and sign the final bill. Guest signatures will not be accepted.
DJ/Live Music is allowed, subject to permissible noise limits.
Sound, lighting, projector, screen, and DJ services must be availed only through club-approved vendors and are chargeable to the member.
Banners and placards are not permitted outside the designated party area.
Any damage or breakage to club property will be charged to the member’s account.
Outside food, liquor, or beverages are strictly prohibited.
Fireworks and sky lanterns are not allowed within club premises.
Menu and event arrangements must be finalized at least 72 hours prior to the event.
50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
The final bill must be settled immediately after the event.

18% GST applicable on Party Hall charges.

Cancellation charges apply only to the hall rental, not to the food advance, which will be fully refunded.
