The KSLTA will host the second leg of  HSBC ` Road To Wimbledon’  tennis  tournament  for Under-14   boys and girls at the KSLTA Stadium here from January.23 to 29. The popular  Series  offers  the under-14 players  a chance to play in the UK National Under-14 Championship scheduled to be held at Wimbledon in August.

The AITA has sanction the  ` Road To Wimbledon’ event in   four cities- Pune, (from Jan.16, 2017 ) , Bengaluru ( from Jan.23 ),  Chandigarh ( from  Feb.6) and Kolkata  ( from Feb.13 ).  The series will be played on National Series format and culminate with a Masters tournament in New Delhi scheduled  from April. 10 . Sixteen players will be selected  for the Masters tournament based on their best three performances in the four preliminary  tournaments . The finalists of  both boys and girls singles in the Masters will be chosen for the  UK National Under-14 Championship at Wimbledon
